The meeting is an annual teaching course covering a lot of radiology and some nuclear medicine aspects of cancer imaging. In fact, it is great teaching for nuclear medicine physicians. The meeting this year is Menton on the French Riviera.

The leaflet with the programme overview is here.
Not only imaging specialists, but also trainees are welcome.
Trainees/residents get a more than 50% discounted rate (upon presentation of a letter by the head of dept. they pay 300 Euro for the full 3 day course, including lunch, coffee and reception). Travel and hotel are obviously not included, but hotels are quite cheap there at that time of year (several are down to less than 100 Euro for a double room for 2 nights).
Furthermore registration to the conference provides an optional discounted ICIS membership for residents for Euro 39/year, which gives online access to “Cancer Imaging” and teaching files.
Fees and further details are on the leaflet (via the PDF link)
